WELCOME TO METRO LEADERSHIP
Welcome to Metro Leadership! We've put this resource together because we're passionate about developing leaders. This is our collected wisdom on leading well in church, particularly in small group leadership.
There are three leadership courses - Leadership Essentials, Basic Hub Leadership and Advanced Hub Leadership - as well as a library of general leadership resources.
To start using this resource you just need to register an account with the site. Once you're signed in you can access your Dashboard, using the menu icon in the top right hand corner. From there you can view your Leadership Profile, edit your personal details and see your Leadership Level.
The Leadership Essentials course is available to anybody and everybody. If you have Hub Sub leadership level then you can also access the Basic Hub Leadership course, along with the Leadership Library. Hub Leaders have access to all resources, including the Advanced Hub Leadership course.
Taking a Course
You can access each of the courses from the front page. Watch the video teaching and then complete the follow up questions make your own notes. You can then mark the session as completed. Ideally you should go through things with the leader who's helping develop you.
Levelling Up
If you're an existing Hub Leader in Metro we'll most likely level you up as soon as you sign on. If not, contact us. Anyone with Hub Leader privileges can add an apprentice leader. Invite them to register, then use the add/remove an apprentice leader link in your Dashboard to search for them. You can then give them Hub Sub privileges as well as being able to view their profile and go through their sessions with them.
Searching
All the session on this site are catalogued, using our powerful search system. Simply click on the magnifying glass in the top right hand corner and enter your search term. You'll see everything we have on that topic, whether from the formal leadership courses or from our Leadership Library archive.
